Billing/Payment Policies
Down Payment – A 25% down payment will be required upon signing the contract unless other arrangements have been made and approved by Web Impressions.
Annual Payment – Web Impressions will bill you annually on the first of the month prior to your annual contract date. A 10% discount will be granted providing the total of the amount of the invoice is paid in full within 
ten days of receiving the invoice.
Monthly Payment – There will be a 10% surcharge added to any contract if you wish to make monthly payments by check and receive a monthly statement of your account. No surcharge will be added if you sign a credit/debit card authorization form allowing us to automatically withdraw funds on the first month. Late Fees – Interest charges will be billed monthly at a rate of 18% (1.5% monthly) on any past due invoices over 30 days unless previous arrangements have been made and approved by Web Impressions.
Website Suspension – Any past due invoice older than 60 days will be subject to an interruption of their web site service. Your web site will remain suspended until the contract is paid in full or other arrangements are made and approved by Web Impressions. No domain name(s) will be released until any and all debts are paid in full.
